Growing White Beets

White Beets

yet another novelty edible that I had never tried before I grew my own. I will definitely grow these again next year. White beets taste pretty much just like red beets perhaps a touch less sweetness but they have this huge advantage that out ways the small compromise in taste; no stained clothes, no gloves, and no huge uncleanable red mess. Just all the good beet flavor without the precaution needed when I have dared to unleash red beets in my all white kitchen. White beets are perfectly stainless and perfectly delicious. I found these Blankoma white beet seeds at West Coast Seeds.
